Social media has become an essential tool for marketing businesses to a wide, and even global, audience. Having the right branding strategies and an active social media presence can be one of the most effective and powerful methods of communicating the value of your business to potential customers.
Learning Outcomes
All you need to know about planning and executing web, search engine marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with guidance from our experienced lecturers and industry professionals.
Acquire skills to identify trends and insights, use digital story telling to help brands target audiences and be able to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
The course is open to those who are currently working in or have previous working experience in the marketing communications and relevant industry, who wish to upgrade themselves and acquire knowledge in digital marketing.

Certification
You are required to complete 2 post-diploma certificates within 2-year validity period to be awarded the Specialist Diploma qualification.
Entry Requirements
A local Polytechnic Diploma orDegree in any discipline with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.

SkillsFuture Credit
This course is eligible for SkillsFuture Credit.
All Singaporeans aged 25 years and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of courses. The credits can be used on top of existing course fee subsidies/funding. This is only applicable for self-sponsored applicants and must be applied via the SkillsFuture Portal. Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
