With the increasing use of technologies in businesses, there is a need for organisations, particularly SMEs, to streamline and integrate business processes across every function area such as sales and marketing, procurement, finance, human resources, manufacturing planning, warehousing and other departments. With Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), organisations can achieve optimum use of resources such as staff, materials, money and machine.
