Learning Outcomes

Trainees will get a good knowledge and understanding of DevOps terms, principles, tools and practices, and how to use tools efficiently and effectively within a devops environment to achieve business goals, using a full-stack approach.

Trainees will also gain an understanding on the importance of communication, collaboration, integration and automation in the DevOps movement, as critical factors, that improve the workflow between software developers and IT operations professionals and support organisations in their digital transformation journey.

  • Evolution of the DevOps Practices and the 15 essential practices of DevOps
  • Agile project management and Scrum methodology
  • Key concepts of cloud technology and virtualization, automation for deployment pipeline, and architecting for continuous delivery

In-class assessments.

A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).

Entry Requirements

Applicants should have some familiarity with IT terminology and IT related work experience.

Course Fees

Funding period for this course is from 28 May 2021 to 30 Sep 2024.
