Digital transformations are providing wider options to building maintenance professionals in the area of facilities management, with advantages such as quicker access to crucial data for greater efficiency.
Learning Outcomes
Acquire technical knowledge on the principles of good maintenance practice for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, as well as identify the proper preventive and remedial measures needed to minimize maintenance cost.
Participants who are registered with professional bodies will be awarded 8 IES STU and 8 PEB points upon completion of the course.

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).
Participants registered with professional bodies will be awarded with 8 STU and 8 PEB points.
Entry Requirements
At least 3 GCE “O” levels. NTC, ITE, NITEC or Higher NITEC (Building Services, Engineering, FM)
